My approach to therapy is integrative and relational. We will work to develop an awareness of what makes you feel the way you feel and do the things you do, and then identify what you want to change and how to go about it.

 

Before becoming a therapist I was a writer and producer in the entertainment industry. I often work with creative professionals on issues involving the artistic process, vulnerability in work relationships, imposter syndrome, and the inner critic.

I'm also a man, a father, and someone who changed careers mid-life, so I often work with men regarding issues like fatherhood, career changes, relationship conflict, anger, anxiety, and the midlife.

My goal for you in therapy is to feel better about yourself and happier with your life.
