Therapy

I'm Phil Stark, and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and I trained at the Southern California Counseling Center. I work with individuals on issues like depression, anxiety, grief, stress, parenthood, divorce, and major life changes. I also work with couples on recognizing and resolving conflict, identifying and changing negative patterns of interaction, and improving communication in ways that improve relationships.
